Dr Qudratullah Nasrat (CEO) is an Afghan Medical Doctor having masters (MPH) in international public health from the University of Liverpool.
Dr Nasrat has around 16 years of experience in different disciplines within health system by working with various national and international organization in Afghanistan and Pakistan.Presently, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Organization for Research and Community Development (ORCD) which he founded in 2011.
ORCD being the only Afghan NGO having Special Consultative Status with ECOSOC/United Nations since 2015, has implemented more than 100 medium to large scale projects with funding from various UN agencies and other international organizations in the field of health, nutrition, rural development, protection, women empowerment, and refugees.
Representing ORCD, Dr Nasrat has remained elected member of various national level forums including the Country Coordination Mechanism (CCM), Humanitarian Country Team (HCT), Co-Chair and member of the Strategic Advisory Group of Health Cluster, White Ribbon Alliance (WRA), Steering Committee of Alliance of Health Organizations(AHO).
